The 2007 WSFA Small Press Award was presented by WSFA President Cathy Green during the Capclave 2007 Convention in Rockville Maryland. The Winner of the 2007 WSFA Small Press Award was "El Regalo" by Peter S. Beagle (The Line Between, Tachyon Publications).
